SuddenLink’s announcement, and a subsequent blurb in today’s Times-Standard, on it’s new “High Speed Internet MAX 20.0″ service may have been a bit premature. When we attempted to contact the company about availability of the service via e-mail, we were told that it is not available here locally. There is also no information on the company’s website regarding local availability or pricing. We contacted SuddenLink via their live, online chat system and were told the same thing. We would have contacted the company’s local office for clarification, but SuddenLink will not provide any local contact information to the public, including local telephone numbers.
