Personal Injury Attorneys and Lawyers in California

Hopefully, there will be some ads on this page which include links to lawyers, attorneys, law firms, etc. that specialize in personal injury cases. They seem to pay the best when it comes to advertising.

So, I am going to try to stuff this page with as many words that will tip the odds of lawyer’s advertisements appearing here. I could just throw around a bunch of words like auto accident, whiplash, personal injury lawyer, victims rights (or is it victim’s rights ?), etc.

Let’s face it, these ambulance chasers are willing to spend big bucks in order to reach an audience of those who have questionably been injured in auto accidents, at work, in the home, at places of business and so forth.

Let’s see, what other phrases can I throw around that would help? How about attorneys in the State of California or California State Bar Association. That sounds a little to formal though. We have to remember that the audience that is looking for these ads are probably not going to even care if an attorney is licensed in their state. They just want to get a quick settlement as soon as possible.

I would imagine that attorneys in Los Angeles, CA, would probably charge the most for representation, as opposed to other parts of the state. San Francisco would probably be the second most expensive in terms of legal fees. There are plenty of accident lawyers in these towns, I’m guessing.

Just some other random cities I can think of in the State of California, United States, are Sacramento, San Jose, San Diego, Stockton, Oakland, Redlands, Santa Cruz, etc. I should also probably represent a few counties as well. Like Orange County, Los Angeles County, Napa County, Lake County, Riverside County, Humboldt County and so on.

So, if you slip and fall, are hit by a negligent driver, suffer an on the job injury or multiple injuries, I would suggest. not getting a lawyer in San Francisco or Los Angeles, California, which just happens to be in Los Angeles County. San Francisco is in San Francisco County, I think. I could be mistaken about that though.

Most personal injury attorneys work on a contingency fee. Some have high fees, some have low fees. It is their best interest to get you as large a settlement as possible. Sometimes, the case will actually go to court, though. In these cases, you will need a witness or witnesses if you want to win. You will also need an experienced Doctor or physician to do plenty of medical tests on you, so that you can prove your injury or disability. They will need to testify in front of a local jury under oath. If you retained the services of a competent medical Doctor, he should be able to make a convincing case for you, so that you will be awarded a lot of money. Sometimes, settlements can come at the end of a trial, as a way to minimize losses by greedy insurance companies and carriers. My insurance company is Geico, and I just saved a fortune on my auto insurance!

Most lawyers will give you a FREE consultation if you make an appointment with them by phone. The free consultation usually only lasts 30 minutes or so before they begin charging though. Free is about as affordable as you can get. Low fees or low cost would be more than free.

Insurance companies will hire expensive lawyers in order to represent them. It is their job to win the case for their client. They usually do not work on contingency. Instead, they charge for representation by the hour to appear in a court room and the negotiate a reasonable settlement. Sometimes, they will not settle though, especially if they are suspicious of insurance fraud. This is why you need a good attorney, a good Doctor with medical test to back up your story and at least one witness to the accident. Auto accidents are especially complicated and expensive for insurance carriers to go to court on. These accidents happen every day. Sometimes, the customer is underinsured or has no insurance. In this case, your will have to sue in court and get a judgment in order to collect your money. You may need a collections expert or an attorney that specializes in collecting court judgments.

There are a bunch of auto insurance companies in California. You can get online quotes from many of them. AIG was one such company that nearly folded due to financial stress. The government is bailing them out.

If you do hire an attorney, be sure to choose one that is right for you. You will probably want one that is very aggressive and that will beat the insurance companies at their own game. This will often mean going to court, rather than reaching a settlement with the other party in the case. Since the lawyer is working on a contingency fee for a percentage of the settlement or court award, it will not cost you anything extra if they go to court. They will need to do extensive research and call many witnesses. This will greatly help you, rather you have a jury trial or the case is decided by a judge according to your state’s civil laws.

Well, I’ve done a pretty good job rambling on about nothing. Unfortunately, I do not get paid by the hour for this. The page needs to be large enough so that it is not overlooked though. If you can think of any other phrases that I could stick in here, just let me know. Oh, money…. Money is a good word. Large settlement is a good phrase. Representation is another that I haven’t used yet. I hope that if you ever suffer a serious injury or are disabled in an auto accident or other type of injury, that you will find a reputable, honest attorney that gets you the most money you deserve. That’s what they get paid for. Thanks for reading!

Oh, almost forgot… FREE CONSULTATION is another one that I should have mentioned earlier. Be sure to get a free consultation from an attorney or law firm before you hire them, and check their references to see if they have a high success rate against the greedy insurance companies.

Ooh… I just thought this one up… How about it when people mistakenly type a word and that comes up on Google or wherever. A lot of people have fat fingers or just can’t spell. Legel would probably be common for Legal. Cort is a good one for court. Atorney is a common one for attorney. I don’t think that the word law gets written wrong very often though. Maybe law practice gets typed as law practise though.
