The Humboldt State University Police Department celebrated the accomplishments of UPD Lt. Lynne Soderberg during a ceremony held Thursday afternoon honoring her recent graduation from the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s National Academy. Soderberg, UPD’s second in command, is one of fewer than 2,500 women to have graduated since the academy was first created in 1935.
