The City Council on Thursday will be swearing in its newly re-elected members, as well as reviewing and considering two new ordinances. The city clerk will swear in Mayor Jeff Farley, Councilman Stuart Titus and Councilman Ken Mierzwa.

Wastewater treatment ordinance a vote away
