Eureka police say an Officer and a Sergeant shot David Sequoia alias David Barger during last week’s fatal shooting, in the 19-hundred block of Summer street.
KIEM-TV – Eureka Police say they have arrested one more man following the fatal shooting at the 1900 block of Summer street yesterday. Police say the David Sequoia who was shot was also known as David Barger and had an extensive criminal record.
Homeowner Kris Coon says EPD saved his life when 25-year-old David Sequoia was shot dead by Eureka Police. Coon says Sequoia was an intruder on Coon’s property and he refused to comply when police asked him to not reach for his gun.
KIEM-TV – A man is dead after being shot by a Eureka Police Officer this morning. News Channel 3′s Ranjini Srinivasan is on the scene of this still developing story and reports that homeowner Kris Coon says around 11am today he confronted a young white male in his carport at his house in the 1900 block of Summer Street.
