Council OKs rate increases at transfer station
Costs for curbside collection may go up soon, as well
Getting rid of garbage soon will be more expensive for city residents, after the Ukiah City Council Wednesday night approved plans to increase fees at the Ukiah Transfer Station and raise curbside collection rates.
