The Eureka City Council/Eureka Redevelopment Agency Board will meet in Special Session on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 , for the following purpose:
A. Roll Call
B. Public Comment Period
(Limited to 3 minutes each speaker on agenda items only)
C. Continued Public Hearing – Housing Element
Recommendation: 1. Continue public hearing.
2. Approve the Draft Housing Element; and
3. Adopt a Resolution of Submittal; and
4. Direct staff to forward the Housing Element to the State Housing and Community Development Department for review.
