Police Chief Clears Air over Editorial
An opinion piece by Eureka Police Chief Garr Nielsen garnered some controversy on the Times-Standard website last night when a nearly identical op-ed was discovered in the Fresno Bee. Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer’s op-ed was published on Dec. 8 while Nielsen’s piece hit the T-S on Dec. 16.
